As we continue to grow, we are looking to build a strong in-house sales engine to drive private events, corporate dining, and group experiences.
Position Overview

As we continue to grow, we are looking to build a strong in-house sales engine to drive private events, corporate dining, and group experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Actively prospect and secure new business through outbound efforts
Build relationships with local companies, hotels, event planners, and organizations
Generate bookings for corporate lunches, dinners, private events, and large parties
Develop partnerships with hotel concierges, office managers, and local businesses
Lead Management & Closing
Respond to inbound inquiries (website, social media, phone)
Convert leads into booked events with a strong closing approach
Upsell packages, add-ons, and premium menu options
Revenue Growth
Drive consistent weekly and monthly event revenue
Focus on filling key time slots (weekday lunch, early evenings, large group reservations)
Maintain and grow a pipeline of repeat and referral clients
Event Coordination (High-Level Oversight)
Collaborate with management and kitchen teams to ensure successful execution
Communicate guest expectations clearly to operations team
Ensure events align with Santo Agave’s brand and service standards
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in hospitality sales, event sales, catering, or B2B sales
Strong network within the local business or hospitality community (preferred)
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working both in the field and in-house
